How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be processed within 2-3 days before going into the postal system. After that, it depends where you are located - 

New Zealand: 1 - 7 days 
International: 3 - 4 weeks 

Once in the hands of the post, your parcel is out of my control. Please email me if you have any concerns! All orders automatically include tracking.

What if there is an issue with my order?

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your order. Returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items, not for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
