How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be processed within 2-3 days before going into the postal system. After that, it depends where you are located - 

New Zealand: 1-7 days 
International: 3-4 weeks 

Once in the hands of the post, your parcel is out of my control. Please email me if you have any concerns! All orders automatically include tracking.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please email me at [email protected] if there are any issues. This could be wrong or damaged items, or something else. From there, we can either sort out getting a replacement or a refund! 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final! I am not open to accepting returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, I am happy to replace or refund in that circumstance.
